"A Place for Family & Fellowship"

Welcome to the Zion Advent SDA Church in Plantation, FL. We are a community of Christian believers and where everybody is somebody, and Jesus Christ is Lord. No matter who you are or where you are in your life’s journey, we invite you to experience the fellowship with us during any of our services — Power Hour (prayer service), Sabbath School, Divine Worship, Bible study, Youth Ministry, and Tuesday Night prayer service. Your presence would mean so much to us!

We encourage you to get involved in the activities of the church. There is our "Mission to the Community". This program engages and mobilize the church family to be apart of a systematic outreach endeavor targeting the surrounding neighborhood with the life saving gospel of Jesus Christ.

On the third Sabbath (Saturday) of each month, a team of young people travels to the heart of Miami for "Mission to Miami". This is a benevolent program that provides food, clothing, and other basic necessities for the hungry and homeless in the downtown Miami region. This opportunity is also used to share the good news of a living Savior who died for all. Also, on this day, another group of young adults take part in what we call "G.C. Mission to Las Olas". This is a literature evangelistic exercise where the youths hand out the Great Controversy and other books to persons on the Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas strip.

There is also the "Nursing Home Community Project". This project focuses on ministering to the spiritual needs of members in our community who resides in a nursing home setting. Members of the church family would once a month visit the nursing home and sing, read, and get to know the residents.
